Unfortunately, in Round 1, Some of the documents uploaded through google forms no longer appear and were presumably deleted. These files included W-9's, P&L, and Business Licenses. We have begun collecting these missing files for upcoming grant audits.
Tyler Devenport will be reaching out via email to collect missing files. We have a goal of collecting all missing files by Friday, November 6th. A secure backup of all CARES grant documents will be made along with a hard copy to ensure this issue never arises again.
