Energy Fuels Resources White Mesa Mill

Energy Fuels is the leading, U.S. producer of uranium – the fuel for clean, emission-free nuclear energy.
Energy Fuels’ uranium production portfolio is truly unique in the world today.  Nuclear energy is expected to see strong growth in the coming years as nations work to provide plentiful and affordable energy, while also combating global climate change and air pollution.  Energy Fuels utilizes both conventional and in-situ recovery (“ISR”) technology to produce uranium from three strategic facilities – the White Mesa Mill in Utah (conventional), the Nichols Ranch Plant in Wyoming (ISR), and the Alta Mesa Plant in Texas (ISR). Our portfolio also boasts an industry-leading US NI 43-101 Mineral Resource portfolio and a pipeline of high-quality, large-scale development and exploration projects. As uranium prices increase, Energy Fuels has the resources and processing capacity to significantly increase uranium production in the U.S.

We are the only primary producer of vanadium in the U.S. We have considerable vanadium mining and production capabilities, and large quantities of in-ground vanadium resources. Further, our White Mesa Mill is the only conventional vanadium mill in the U.S.

Energy Fuels is also an emerging player in the commercial rare earth business. We will process monazite at our White Mesa Mill starting in the first quarter of 2021, recover the contained uranium, and produce a marketable mixed rare earth element carbonate. This work represents a crucial step toward reestablishing a fully integrated U.S. rare earth element supply chain.
